Viserys Targaryen - I didn't check the canon as this was more of an impromptu speedpaint than anything, but I'm pretty sure GRRM describes him having that hairdo at a certain point. Although I guess that with the semi-white hair it makes him look a bit like a granny.

Thank you! I agree that Harry Lloyd was pretty genious casting there, I was really pleasantly surprised by his acting. I was almost sorry to see Viserys go so soon
